Enjoying a life of aliveness, playfulness, wellness and freedom in your body is achievable and is your birthright (no matter what body you are in!). Movement can help you to access these qualities, as well as reconnect you to your inner strength, self esteem and creativity. Embark on a movement journey, transform your life and take flight.

EveryBody Is a Dancer offers group glasses and workshops, corporate programs, and private sessions designed to help you or your organization do the following through movement, mind-body movement therapy, and the expressive arts:
